Eduardo Sirotsky Melzer, more commonly known by his nickname Duda Melzer, is the President and Chairman of the Brazilian company RBS Group. Melzer is the grandson of the founder of RBS Group, Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho, and succeeded his father, Nelson Sirotsky, in running the company. Additionally, Duda Melzer is also the Founder and Chairman of Digital e.Bricks and is involved with e.Bricks Ventures as a Partner. These two companies are venture investment firms that specialize in companies in Brazil and the United States that are part of the digital sector.

The company provides journalistic and entertainment programming content for the radio, newspaper, television, and websites like acaert that it owns and operates. RBS Group has 12 television networks, 15 radio stations, 3 newspapers, and several internet sites.
Duda Melzer first started at RBS Group in 2004 as the Director General for the National Market. He was promoted to Vice President of Market and Business Development in 2008 and in 2010 was named Executive Vice President. In 2012 he succeeded his uncle, Nelson Pacheco Sirotsky, when he was named as the Chief Executive Officer. It was in 2016 that he earned his present role at the company.
Duda Melzer is married and has three children. One of his biggest passions outside of his career and family is sports. He follows a wide range of sports but by far his favorite is auto racing.
In 1998 Melzer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul with a degree in Business Administration. He furthered his education with an MBA that he earned at Harvard University.
